Hoodwinked Too! Hood VS. Evil

Red, Wolf, Granny, and Squirrel Twitchy are agents working for Nicky Flippers at the Happily Ever After secret agency, dedicated to ensuring everyone gets their happy endings. After their successful showdown with Boingo Bunny, the team faces a new challenge as Red is away for training with the Sisters of the Hood, causing some disarray among the members.

While Red, portrayed by Hayden Panettiere, hones her skills, the remaining trio—Wolf, played by Patrick Warburton, Granny, acted by Glenn Close, and Twitchy—embark on a mission to rescue Hansel and Gretel from an evil witch, Verushka (Joan Cusack). Wolf feels frustrated and left behind without Red’s guidance as they face a witch who has taken the two children and locked them in a gingerbread house. Ignoring orders, Wolf and Twitchy take matters into their own hands, leading to a rescue attempt that spirals into chaos. Granny courageously puts herself in danger to save the younger agents but ends up captured by the witch, who flees with the children.

Meanwhile, Red’s training reveals her potential as she learns martial arts but struggles with her temper, particularly when belittled. A phone call from Nicky reveals Granny’s plight, prompting Red to realize the significance of a stolen truffle recipe—the Norwegian Black Forest Feather Cake Truffle Divine—which was safeguarded for a millennia and grants its possessor immense powers. The key to the recipe lies with her grandmother, who knows a secret ingredient that is essential yet unspoken.

Forming a team with Wolf and Twitchy, Red seeks to combine forces to save Granny, despite their ongoing friction. As they unravel the connection between the Giant (Brad Garrett) and the rogue ingredients required for the truffle, they find themselves embroiled in a deeper conspiracy involving Hansel and Gretel, who are revealed to be plotting harm against the world using the very power of the Super Truffle.

In twists and turns, Granny manages to leverage her cunning to escape the witch’s clutches, only to find Hansel and Gretel scheming to harness the truffle’s power for their own gain. The two children ultimately eat the truffles, transforming into giants and wreaking havoc. It is Granny, alongside Red, Wolf, and Twitchy, who hatch a plan to stop them by turning their own greed against them.

The story culminates in a showdown where clever tactics are employed to outsmart the giants, leading to their capture. In the end, the team is once again united as Nicky recruits them for yet another adventurous assignment—a man with a flute being pursued by thousands of mice. The journey showcases themes of teamwork, resilience, and the unique bond between family and friends amidst whimsical chaos.
