Kavya Krishna and her best friend Vicky publish an investigative article exposing shady deals tied to Siddharth Dhanrajgir's company. The public scandal draws fierce backlash from Siddharth and his father, who threatens to strip him of control of the business. The CEO is forced to issue a statement claiming he acted on personal accord, and Siddharth arranges a golden parachute for the CEO to smooth the path.

Siddharth invites Kavya for coffee and offers a job with a three-hundred percent salary raise. Kavya accepts immediately and joins him on a business trip, where her investigative skills help Siddharth clinch a favorable deal by exposing rivals.

That night, during dinner, Kavya and Siddharth connect romantically and end up having sex. The encounter deepens their personal bond as Kavya unknowingly becomes entangled in his revenge.

Back home, Kavya gifts Vicky with items from the trip and tells him she loves her job. An upset Vicky hides his true feelings but shows his disappointment.

The next morning Kavya finds her entry pass canceled and goes to confront Siddharth, who coldly explains his plan and pulls a gun, torturing her while admitting he never had feelings for her—only revenge. He makes it clear she is no longer welcome and tells her to leave.

Kavya leaves, seeking another job with Vicky's support. On the way, she suddenly vomits; at the hospital she learns she is pregnant.

Kavya again confronts Siddharth, announcing the pregnancy and vowing to prove paternity with a DNA test. He humiliates her, insisting that he will not accept the child and that there are consequences for her actions.

That night, Siddharth calls under a feigned apology; Kavya races to meet him but is kidnapped, her fetus is killed, her ovaries are removed, and she is dumped. The ordeal marks a dramatic and painful turning point in her quest for justice.

Kavya becomes a sex worker to reach Siddharth and starts with Rajdev Singh, Cementec's CEO. She sleeps with him and secretly copies emails from his phone, discovering Cementec's joint venture that would lower cement costs and threaten Delhi Cements' market. She leaks this information to the Delhi Cements Chairman for a payment of Rs 40 million.

Her information reaches Siddharth who warns; Kavya responds by continuing her plan and manipulating Rajdev, all while Siddharth watches through planted cameras. She exploits the situation to press Cementec into a more damaging bid narrative, keeping intimate contact with Rajdev to keep him under surveillance. The consequence is Cementec losing about Rs 100 billion after the bid dynamics shift.

Siddharth kills Rajdev and frames Kavya with fake evidence. Kavya retrieves support from a Cabinet minister Mohan Kapoor by blackmail, offering to sleep with him to recover a police file that names her and nominates her to the IIBI bank board. The file contains sensitive Cementec accounts details and helps her gain leverage for the next move.

Having become Cementec's board member, Kavya demands balance sheets and full account access. With Vicky's help she uncovers a major scam in which Siddharth siphoned funds by showing imported plants that did not exist. Kavya exposes the fraud at Cementec's annual general meeting, leading to Siddharth's arrest.

Returning home to retrieve a watch given by Vicky, Kavya encounters Rajdev's wife who ambushes her with a gun. Rajdev's wife shoots Kavya, believing she killed her husband, and then shoots herself in a final act of vengeance.

The film closes with Kavya's memory and a voiceover about dead people not fearing graves. The narrator leaves a chilling reflection on fate, truth, and power as the credits roll.
