In a tense, high-stakes web of power and money, Kavya Krishna, a driven journalist, partners with her best friend, Vicky, to pull an anti-corruption sting on one of the country’s most formidable business empires. Their target is the vast, influential firm owned by Siddharth Dhanrajgir, where they snap images of black‑market deals and publish a hard-hitting piece that rattles the corporate world. The public exposure draws a sharp reaction: Siddharth is scolded by his father and sees his control of the company pulled into question after the CEO issues a statement claiming he acted on personal impulse, a move Siddharth counteracts with a golden parachute for the CEO.

Siddharth, a wealthy and arrogant magnate, longs for revenge. He invites Mohan Kapur—the cabinet minister who becomes entangled in this web—to coffee, and then makes a counteroffer: a position at his company with a staggering raise. Desperate for career advancement, Kavya accepts. The two embark on a business trip where Kavya uses her investigative instincts to steer Siddharth toward a profitable deal, exposing rivals along the way. That dinner marks a turning point as a charged connection sparks between them, and they share a night of intimacy. When Kavya returns to the office the next day, she learns her entry pass has been canceled. Siddharth’s arrogance resurfaces as he menacingly dismisses her, insisting his feelings were never real and that she is simply another casualty of his retribution.

Heartache compounds into a devastating personal crisis: Kavya discovers she is pregnant. She confronts Siddharth again, insisting on the possibility of paternity through DNA testing. He pretends to apologize that night, but violence follows. Kavya is abducted, her fetus is killed, her ovaries are removed, and she is dumped, left to face a future no one should imagine. The trauma propels Kavya into a dangerous transformation; she becomes a sex worker, determined to reach Siddharth no matter the cost.

Her pursuit leads her to Rajdev Singh, the Cementec chief whose fall Kavya once exposed. She slips into a risky liaison with him, while secretly copying emails from his phone. This sleight of hand reveals plans for a joint venture with a German partner that would slash cement prices and jeopardize Delhi Cements’ shares. She weaponizes this information against Siddharth, and when Cementec’s leadership relies on Rajdev, Kavya exposes the bid manipulation. Siddharth, in turn, learns of Rajdev’s involvement and kills him, attempting to frame Kavya with forged evidence.

To escape, Kavya enlists the help of the Cabinet minister, [Mohan Kapur], leveraging blackmail over a bribe offer to secure the necessary protection and access to pivotal police files. With the minister’s aid, Kavya climbs into Cementec’s boardroom, demanding balance sheets, full file access, and passwords that unlock the company’s hidden ledger. Supported by Vicky, she pores over documents and discovers a monumental fraud: Siddharth has siphoned funds by passing off non-existent imported plants and machinery as real, a scam that devastated shareholders.

In a dramatic annual general meeting, Kavya publicly exposes Cementec’s massive fraud, and Siddharth is finally arrested. The victory is bittersweet, however, as Kavya returns home to retrieve a watch his gift from Vicky, only to be confronted by Rajdev Singh’s wife, who shoots Kavya, believing she killed her husband, and then turns the weapon on herself. The film closes with Kavya’s voiceover, a defiant echo in the face of death: “Dead people are not scared of Grave.”
