Supported by Vicky, she pores over documents and discovers a monumental fraud: Siddharth has siphoned funds by passing off non-existent imported plants and machinery as real, a scam that devastated shareholders.
In a dramatic annual general meeting, Kavya publicly exposes Cementec’s massive fraud, and Siddharth is finally arrested. The victory is bittersweet, however, as Kavya returns home to retrieve a watch his gift from Vicky, only to be confronted by Rajdev Singh’s wife, who shoots Kavya, believing she killed her husband, and then turns the weapon on herself. The film closes with Kavya’s voiceover, a defiant echo in the face of death: “Dead people are not scared of Grave.”
