Sharbati is diagnosed with stage two lung cancer, placing a heavy financial burden on the Kumari family. With 25 lakh rupees required for chemotherapy, Jerry's mother's illness becomes the catalyst for drastic actions. The family in a Punjab town faces a race against time and money.

Jerry unintentionally helps police nab a drug smuggler in the market area. Inspector Lal arrives to thank her, recognizing that she can make a real difference beyond everyday life. The encounter foreshadows the danger—and opportunity—that lie ahead.

Timmy's henchmen corner Jerry, with Cherry being held hostage by Jigar. To protect Cherry, Jerry manages to retrieve the drugs from inside the market while police presence looms. After the tense moment, she discovers Cherry has also stolen the smuggler's wallet and money, complicating their situation.

Seeing the medical need, Jerry chooses to smuggle drugs to fund her mother's treatment. Timmy agrees to hire her, and Daler approves the plan, directing the operation to hide the drugs in a tiffin box for a fish factory run by Ram Malik. She quickly proves herself capable, earning more money than the men.

Jerry's smuggling brings substantial earnings, allowing her to pay for Sharbati's treatment and to present the money as a sanctioned loan. The family grows bolder with the cash, though they remain anxious about exposure. Her success cements her resolve to continue.

A Timmy associate outs Jerry to Inspector Lal, and a bus search uncovers drugs in the tiffin box. The officer turns out to be Timmy's mole, and Timmy uses his own network to identify the traitor and the officer, who are killed on Jerry's request. The incident deepens Jerry's entanglement with crime and law enforcement.

Shaken, Jerry tells Timmy she does not wish to continue and demands her dues. When Timmy attempts a crude sexual advance, she shoves him and escapes, leaving him paralysed. This act severs Timmy's grip on her life and marks a dangerous turn.

Timmy's gang intercepts Jerry's family at home and holds Sharbati and Cherry captive, forcing Jerry to proceed with the deal. Daler pressures for a grand delivery, claiming 100 kilograms of cocaine in exchange for their freedom. Jerry, her family, Anil, and Rinku begin formulating a risky rescue plan.

Sharbati feigns illness and Jerry and Cherry pretend to seek help as part of the ruse. They load the cargo—concealed in a bed—onto a minivan, with Rinku joining the effort. On the way to the fish factory they secretly dodge a police checkpoint, only to find that most of the cargo is salt rather than cocaine.

Daler discovers that only a fraction of the consignment is cocaine and the rest is salt. Fearing exposure, Jerry and her allies improvise a larger bluff to survive. Malik captures them again, and Jerry misleads him with a location that turns out to be refined sugar.

The group is taken to Timmy's restaurant for a final confrontation as Daler and his men close in. Tenzin and his gang arrive with supposedly the drugs, but they are revealed to be flour. Inspector Lal engages in a shootout with the gang, devastating their numbers.

With options running out, Jerry negotiates with Inspector Lal and refuses arrest unless her deal holds. She reveals that the real stash location would keep her and her family safe, which is buried at Lal's own house. Lal lets Jerry walk free, and she exits with her family and Anil.

The family escapes with renewed resolve. Jerry concludes that surviving this world requires a little bravery. The closing scene hints at an uncertain but hopeful future in their Punjab town.
