After getting invited to the girls' house, the plans go awry when their parents return unexpectedly. Veit and Tom spend the night outside, highlighting the unpredictable nature of their journey.

In Silver City, they meet Zoey, who knows German due to her mother. They spend two nights at her place and even get invited to meet the Mayor after showing a documentary about the DDR, broadening their experience.

To fund their journey, Veit, Tom, and Zoey concoct a scheme to sell painted pieces of concrete as authentic Berlin Wall artifacts. This clever hustle illustrates their desperate but creative determination.

In Las Vegas, desperate for money, Veit and Tom work as strippers in a gay club wearing Russian army uniforms. This shocking decision highlights both their financial struggles and willingness to sacrifice for each other.
