During an intense interrogation, RAW chief Col. Mahadev, alias The Devil Mammootty, explains that the two terrorists he helped neutralize were part of a private organization called The Syndicate, led by Central Minister Jitendra Reddy Sampath Raj and a figure known as God Dino Morea. The briefing sets the stage for a larger, high-stakes game where political power, rogue loyalty, and a looming biological threat intertwine.

On a parallel track, Ramakrishna “Ricky” alias Wild Saala Akhil Akkineni is introduced as an ambitious youngster obsessed with becoming a RAW agent. His drive finally earns him a dangerous assignment: to pose as a rookie and infiltrate Dharma’s close circle in order to capture him. The plan hinges on Ricky proving himself capable enough to slip past guardrails and draw Dharma out of hiding. As the tale unfolds, it becomes clear that God is actually Dharma, an ex-RAW agent who went rogue after Mahadev forced him to kill his girlfriend. Dharma now schemes to unleash a deadly virus known as Super Cells, which would shift the balance of power on a global scale.

In the field, a tense shootout with Mahadev results in damage to a device that contains the virus, creating a critical technical setback. Ricky secures a significant early blow by killing Jitendra Reddy Sampath Raj at the harbour, then travels to Kashmir to learn more about Dharma’s other handler within The Syndicate. However, Ricky is swiftly arrested by Kashmiri police, and Mahadev publicly denies him as a genuine agent of the Indian government—a denial that complicates his mission but does not end his bid for the truth.

Moments later, Ricky’s capture becomes a clever ruse crafted by Ricky and Mahadev to gain access to deeper information about Dharma’s operations. The virus device is repaired, and a meeting is arranged to sell it to the highest bidder. Mahadev learns of the arrangement through Ricky and tasks him with retrieving a copy of the device, which also contains the identities of all active RAW agents. Dharma soon discovers that Ricky is copying the device, prompting a confrontation with Mahadev that escalates to a dramatic ultimatum: shoot himself or allow the virus to spread worldwide through missiles.

In a tense turn, Mahadev orders Ricky to shoot him, and Ricky complies, albeit reluctantly. Ricky then tracks down Dharma, delivering a decisive blow by killing him and thwarting the missile threat, thereby preventing the virus from being released in the country. The confrontation resolves with a cruel clarity: the mission is completed, but the cost is personal and the future remains uncertain.

As the credits roll, Ricky is quietly given a new assignment, titled Rabbit Fire, hinting at another dangerous chapter on the horizon. The narrative threads—moral ambiguity, covert operations, and the ever-present edge of catastrophe—linger, inviting audiences to ponder the balance between duty, loyalty, and the high price of safeguarding national security.
