In China, RAW agents are being killed and the danger escalates. Harish, Yash's best friend, is killed but not before slipping a coded message into a book for Yash. The message hints at a larger conspiracy targeting RAW agents and pulls Yash into the investigation. Yash remains haunted by his wife Maya as the case begins.

Upon receiving the book, Yash realizes a conspiracy aimed at RAW agents is in motion. He takes the clues to RAW headquarters in India, where the agency confirms the seriousness of the threat. Still coping with Maya's death, Yash is placed in charge of tracking down the culprit.

Yash is partnered with Sub Inspector Kamaljeet 'KK' Kaur to pool their talents and resources. The two RAW officers form a capable, high-stakes team. They set out to pursue leads and unmask the mastermind.

The clues point to the Indian embassy in Budapest, triggering a dangerous pursuit. Shiv Sharma emerges as the apparent mastermind, but he proves elusive as KK and Yash chase him through the city. The cat-and-mouse game intensifies as Shiv keeps slipping away.

While digging into Shiv's past, Yash learns from Sawant and RAW chief Anjan Das that Shiv is a pseudonym used by Rudra Pratap Singh. Rudra is the son of a RAW agent, Karan Pratap Singh, who was sacrificed in a past operation. The revelation shifts the target from a hacker to a vengeful heir.

Karan Pratap Singh's sacrifice becomes central to Rudra's motive. Rudra's mother killed herself after Brijesh Verma branded Karan and other RAW agents as traitors. Rudra now seeks revenge and to restore his father's name.

Back in Budapest, Rudra gears up to shoot Brijesh Verma, the politician who branded RAW agents traitors. KK and Yash race to uncover Rudra's network and stop him before he can execute the plan. The countdown to a public confrontation begins.

During a Budapest assembly, Rudra prepares his shot, but KK and Yash arrive just in time to intervene. They engage in a tense confrontation, and Rudra proves to be one step ahead, dodging capture as he seeks the right moment. The threat of a public catastrophe hangs in the balance.

KK and Yash finally close in and kill Rudra before he can harm Brijesh Verma. With Rudra dead, the immediate threat ends and the mastermind's identity is revealed. They also secure a turning point for RAW by preventing a major scandal.

In the aftermath, Brijesh Verma is exposed and Karan's name is cleared in front of the media. Maya's spirit appears to Yash, praising his resolve and hinting that KK would be a perfect match for him. The film closes on a note of closure and potential partnership.
