Three years ago, Jack Paul Quinn successfully completed his mission, retrieving a truckload of plutonium from a military base in Croatia. The operation was crucial in preventing a terrorist plot by the infamous Stavros.

Jack Quinn enjoys a peaceful existence in Southern France, living by a picturesque pool with his pregnant wife, Kathryn. This tranquility, however, is about to be shattered by the return of an old adversary.

A government official visits Quinn with alarming news about Stavros's re-emergence as a threat. The meeting takes a dark turn when the official is assassinated by Stavros, pushing Quinn back into the world he had left behind.

Realizing the gravity of the situation, Jack reluctantly decides to take on the mission again. His sense of duty to protect his family overrides his desire for a quiet life.

Quinn travels to Antwerp, Belgium, where he meets the eccentric arms dealer, Yaz. Equipped with weaponry and knowledge, they prepare to confront the terror posed by Stavros, knowing he has been tracked to an amusement park.

At the amusement park, Quinn is faced with a moral dilemma when he sees Stavros's innocent son. His hesitation during a shootout leads to a tragic outcome, resulting in the child's death and allowing Stavros to escape.

In a heated confrontation within a hospital's maternity ward, Quinn battles Stavros but suffers a major setback when an explosion knocks him unconscious. The fallout of this encounter leaves him powerless to protect newborns.

Quinn awakens in The Colony, a dangerous island prison for rogue agents. He learns he has been incarcerated due to his perceived failure and that authorities believe he is dead, leaving his family in the dark.

While Quinn is imprisoned, Kathryn receives an offer from an art gallery in Rome, but her excitement turns to fear when she is kidnapped by Stavros. This development ignites Quinn's resolve to escape and save her.

Quinn begins to plot his escape from The Colony, training rigorously to enhance his underwater skills. He devises a clever scheme to bypass security systems and successfully hides within a cargo shipment to break free.

After escaping, Quinn reunites with Yaz and they head back to Quinn's home. They are ambushed by Stavros's henchmen, but they manage to fight them off, though the threat of Stavros remains.

Quinn receives a chilling recording from Stavros urging him to come to Rome for the sake of his baby. The emotional weight of his family’s situation drives Quinn to follow the lead, unaware of the traps laid ahead.

Upon arrival in Rome, Quinn discovers that Kathryn is pregnant, revealed through taunting sonogram images sent by Stavros. This revelation heightens the urgency as Quinn races against time to save his wife and unborn child.

Quinn sets a trap for Stavros, but his plan collapses when Stavros manages to escape with Kathryn. Following a series of clues, he discovers Kathryn's location just after she gives birth, leading to a dramatic rescue mission.

The final showdown occurs at a Roman amphitheater rigged with explosives, where Quinn faces Stavros in a desperate battle. With the timely help of Yaz, Quinn manages to rescue his baby while chaos ensues around them, culminating in a fiery explosion.
