Abhi, Amu, and Paglu have been best friends since childhood. Abhi's father is a very rich businessman, and Abhi, the heir, shows little interest in work. The strong bond among the trio forms the foundation for the ensuing drama.

Paglu and Abhi's father decide to arrange Amu's marriage to Abhi because they know each other well. They believe this union will stabilize Abhi and bring Amu into their circle. Amu is chosen as a suitable match due to their long friendship.

Abhi arrives and tells Amu that he loves his childhood friend. Amu misinterprets this as her being the one he loves and begins to fall for him as well. The revelation sets off a complicated triangle of affection.

Abhi later reveals that the woman he loves is Kartika, but Kartika is after his money. Amu is heartbroken at the betrayal. Paglu and Amu start to resist the pair and seek to separate them.

Amu and Paglu grow suspicious of Kartika and oppose the relationship. They make attempts to undermine Kartika's influence over Abhi. The plan heightens tensions between the friends and the lovers.

Angry with the opposition, Abhi announces his intention to marry Kartika outside India. He plans to take the wedding away from their homeland, away from the meddling of Amu and Paglu.

At the airport, Amu hits Kartika, and she falls unconscious. The confrontation escalates as Amu and Paglu abduct Kartika. The events shift the course of Abhi's romantic plans.

Amu and Paglu abduct Kartika and compel her to write a letter to Abhi claiming she doesn't love him. The ruse is meant to reassure Abhi and steer him toward Amu.

Paglu tells Abhi that Amu is the right girl for him. Following this, Abhi begins to fall in love with Amu as the truth of the letter sinks in.

Paglu discovers that the woman is Anjali, not Karthika. Anjali is not in love with Abhi but is after his money, carrying a history of cheating people.

Paglu frees Anjali, and she tells Abhi about the kidnapping. The revelation disrupts the plan and complicates Abhi's feelings toward Kartika.

Despite the new truths, Abhi is unhappy and decides to marry Kartika anyway. He prioritizes the arrangement and wealth over the mounting doubts.

On the wedding day, Abhi learns of Kartika's betrayals from people she has wronged. He becomes angry and tells Paglu and Amu to leave the scene.

The next day, Abhi returns, apologizes, and says he isn't married. Anjali explains she learned from the captivity and cannot marry him, affirming that Amu is the right match. Abhi then proposes to Amu, and Paglu ends up with the changed Anjali.
