In the heart of Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, a fierce battle unfolds within the Judicial Power building as former soldier Colt Macready springs into action. Determined to rescue his kidnapped niece, Hailey, from the clutches of the notorious gang leader Señor Fernando “El Jefe” Garcia, Colt fiercely takes down henchmen and secures a critical flash drive before making his escape. With Hailey safe, he returns her to their home in Arizona, only to discover that trouble is far from over.

Meanwhile, Sheriff Jasper Calloway, an underling of Garcia, receives orders from his boss to detain Hailey’s father, Walt Reynolds, under accusations of theft.
