Tai Nhot appears with Huong and congratulates Feng before killing him, revealing that Tai Nhot killed Feng's lover. He hands Huong a knife and orders her to kill Lam to prove her loyalty. Huong refuses and attacks Tai Nhot as Lam rushes to intervene.

In the chaos, Huong sacrifices herself by stepping in front of Tai Nhot's knife to shield Lam. Lam stabs Tai Nhot, killing him, while Hung Bao dies from excessive blood loss. The confrontation leaves Lam bearing the scars of revenge and loss.
