Po-chun and his gang’s plan to return the stolen money, known as a reverse heist, is clever and full of twists. They first create a distraction inside the bank, which initially fails, but later, Po-chun devises a brilliant plan to trick the corrupt bank president, Hai-jui. Wen-hao pretends to work with Hai-jui, convincing him that he wants to remove Shen Shu-wen from Po-chun’s life and secretly agrees to hand over the money. Under this pretense, they infiltrate the bank again, this time with the help of the gang disguising themselves as robbers and taking hostages. Meanwhile, Wen-hao manages to secretly hide all the money inside Hai-jui’s private safe, tricking the corrupt bank president into believing he is on his side. The gang then sets off a series of explosions to cover their escape, including a fake fight in the underground chamber and a hole through which they escape. The police find the stolen money in Hai-jui’s safe, exposing his corruption and leading to his arrest. In the end, the gang successfully returns the money, clears their names, and ensures Shu-wen’s safety. Po-chun and Shu-wen reunite, symbolizing that their love has overcome past struggles. Meanwhile, the other members of the gang find happiness in their lives, and the story closes on a note of triumph and redemption, with the characters moving forward without secrets or crime overshadowing their futures.
