Johnny confronts and defeats Harold Kingston in a Boston bar to claim a $50,000 police bounty. The capture marks the start of Johnny's determined pursuit of the criminals responsible for the escalating violence.

Gunmen storm a Tax office and kill everyone except Paul Damone, who escapes. Paul is revealed as a key witness who could put the gangsters behind bars, raising the stakes for Johnny.

Johnny visits Paul at his home but cannot prevent the attackers from killing Paul and his wife Isabelle. The double murder drives Johnny to intensify his quest against the gang.

Johnny wants police help to take Gauss down, but the case is deemed too sensitive for authorities. This pushes Johnny to operate outside the system and pursue Gauss on his own.

Jewels, the gang's lawyer, arranges the release of the outlaw Sarazin by negotiating a million-dollar diamond payout. The deal links Gauss's gang to a high-stakes international crime operation.

Johnny recognizes a tattoo of a knife and a snake from the massacre, leading him to investigate tattoo parlors and eventually a wheelchair-bound man, Alberto Manuel. This clue pulls him deeper into Gauss's network.

At Manuel's place Johnny questions locals and discovers a photograph of Paso Dyak martial arts. He goes to a Paso Dyak Dojo, where Gauss is tipped off by the Master; a fight breaks out, Johnny defeats the students and Master Kuto, and is wounded.

Jewels tries to shoot Johnny while he is bandaging his wounds, but Johnny escapes. He is briefly taken into custody by the cops, who interrogate him and then release him.

Jewels informs Gauss about Alberto Manuel, who is killed by Gauss after questioning. Manuel's student Tony arrives and hears Manuel cry Gauss before dying, confirming Gauss's leadership.

Tony rounds up a few friends to take down Johnny, but Johnny convinces them that he too wants Gauss stopped. Johnny goes to a bar to question locals, is beaten, then rescued by Tony, and together they locate Gauss's hideout.

Sarazin is released from jail and visits Gauss, signaling a renewed alliance and a broader criminal operation. The encounter foreshadows the final confrontation.

Tiny, Tony's friend, hides in the trunk of Sarazin's car as Johnny tails them from a distance. They reach a junkyard where Jewels and Gauss accept the diamonds; Gauss and Jewels kill Sarazin and his driver, but Johnny arrives, kills Gauss and Jewels, and frees Tiny.

Johnny places flowers on Paul and Isabelle's graves and says goodbye to Tony and Tiny. The film closes with Johnny bearing the cost of his violent crusade and honoring those lost.
