Ali, an 18‑year‑old who sees marriage as a game, is pushed into a marriage when his fiancée’s family spots a business tie for both families. While his parents plot the deal, Ali prefers puppetry and dressing as a rooster in a traveling troupe, testing his fiancée’s patience. To keep the arrangement alive, they hire a ‘borrowed bride’—a wife.
