After thief Alex Cardo is caught stealing an ancient katana in East Asia, he is thrown into a brutal prison where guard Demon relentlessly tortures him. Inside, Alex befriends Master Sun, who trains him in the deadly Iron Hand fighting style. When a prestigious kumite tournament is announced and Demon receives an invitation, Sun helps Alex find a way to enter the competition and seek vengeance.
