Bhavesh Joshi, Sikandar "Siku" Khanna, and Rajat meet at an anti-corruption rally and become friends. They share a common concern about societal wrongdoings and decide to create a YouTube channel called Insaaf TV to expose corruption. Their initial efforts focus on small-scale issues in their neighborhood, gaining some success and public support.

The trio starts their online show, wearing paper-bag masks, to highlight local corrupt practices. Their activism successfully raises awareness about small-scale corruption around their area, establishing a reputation for fighting injustice and encouraging citizens to stand against corrupt practices.

Over time, Siku and Rajat secure jobs in the corporate sector after graduating, leading to a decline in their involvement with Insaaf TV. Bhavesh remains committed to fighting corruption, becoming increasingly obsessed with eradicating societal evil through vigilante acts, despite the diminished viewership.

Bhavesh receives an email from an elderly citizen about water problems in his locality. He investigates and uncovers a syndicate that siphons off municipal water using illegally fitted pipes, which is then sold back to residents. Bhavesh leaks this information, sparking police interest and a manhunt for Insaaf TV's masked hero.

Bhavesh confronts Siku about his visa delays, criticizing corrupt officials, which leads to a heated argument. Bhavesh punches Siku, who then records the fight and uploads it to Insaaf TV, escalating tensions within their friendship and attracting media attention against Bhavesh.

Bhavesh becomes a fugitive after media labels him as a terrorist. He is assaulted, arrested, and his identity is exposed. Despite efforts to gather evidence, Bhavesh is beaten to death by Patil, the syndicate leader, who is backed by corrupt officials. His body is handed over to Siku, marking a tragic turning point.

Blaming himself, Siku fakes leaving for the U.S. and hides in an abandoned safe house. He starts wearing a mask, blows up Patil’s pump house, and begins adopting Bhavesh's vigilante persona, vowing to continue their fight against corruption and injustice.

Siku, now trained in martial arts, interrogates government officer Subhash Mhatre, who confirms Bhavesh was killed by Patil while uncovering his illegal water activities. Siku posts the interrogation video, revealing himself as Bhavesh, and begins learning combat skills to escalate his vigilante efforts.

Siku, disguised, infiltrates Patil’s VIP room at a dance bar and plants a bug, discovering plans to explode water pipes across the city, worsening the water crisis. Inspector Jadhav uncovers Siku’s presence, leading to a motorcycle chase, but Siku manages to escape temporarily while Patil's men prepare further sabotage.

Siku fights Patil’s men and is injured during the attempt to stop the water pipe explosions. He is shot and thrown into the water by Jadhav, but Rajat rescues him and confirms Siku’s true identity as Bhavesh. Meanwhile, Patil is arrested, but evidence against him remains insufficient, and the water pipes are eventually destroyed.

The authorities try to cover their tracks, claiming Jadhav’s shooting was a suicide. Rana, a politician backing Patil, offers to provide free water in exchange for future contracts, gaining public favor. Meanwhile, Mhatre’s death is ruled a suicide, and Patil’s release sparks further unrest.

Rajat spies on Siku’s girlfriend and uncovers evidence that Siku is still active in India under Bhavesh’s identity. Siku fights Patil’s men once more but is captured and unmasked during the struggle, leaving him wounded and helpless as the water infrastructure is sabotaged again.

Patil’s men succeed in blowing up the water pipelines, and Jadhav, under orders, shoots and injures Siku, framing Bhavesh for the attack. Rajat captures the event on camera, and Siku is rescued after falling into the water, signaling a turning point for the fight against corruption.

Recovered and under a fake identity, Siku continues the fight from the shadows, with public support growing. Rajat's video pushes authorities to reopen investigations, exposing the corruption behind the water supply issues, and leading to protests demanding justice.

In a final daring move, Siku infiltrates Rana’s house, confronting him and encountering "Insaaf-Man" (Rajat’s vigilante alter ego). This act signifies the ongoing struggle to uncover and fight the deep-rooted corruption in the system, leaving the story open-ended for further action.
