Beverly Hills Chihuahua

Vivian 'Viv' Ashe, a successful businesswoman, heads off on a ten-day business trip. Before leaving, she entrusts her pampered chihuahua, Chloe, to her niece, Rachel, who is not very responsible.

Rachel makes a spontaneous decision to travel to Mexico for a vacation. She packs her bags and takes Chloe along for what was intended to be a fun getaway.

While in Mexico, Rachel leaves Chloe unattended in their hotel room to enjoy a night out. Chloe takes the initiative to search for Rachel but unfortunately falls victim to dog nappers who plan to use her in illegal dog fighting.

In the midst of her perilous situation, Chloe encounters Delgado, a savvy street dog. Delgado, recognizing the danger Chloe is in, vows to help her escape the brutal dog fighting scene.

With Delgado's intervention, Chloe manages to evade a fight against El Diablo, a formidable opponent. Delgado cleverly frees other dogs and unlocks the cage, allowing Chloe and the others to escape the horrific environment.

Delgado decides to help Chloe return to Beverly Hills, prioritizing her safety over everything. Their journey begins, filled with challenges and close encounters as they navigate through unfamiliar terrain.

Along the way, Chloe encounters a little pack rat named Manuel and helps him escape from an iguana named Chico. Grateful for her bravery, Manuel promises to deliver Chloe's collar to a ship in hopes of getting her help.

Chloe trusts Manuel’s intentions, but soon realizes he has tricked her. Delgado explains that iguanas are not carnivorous, revealing that Chloe needs to be more cautious about whom she trusts.

Chloe and Delgado find themselves in the harsh Chihuahua desert. Here, Delgado shares his tragic backstory of being a former police dog who lost his confidence due to his encounters with El Diablo.

The duo is rescued by a group of chihuahuas, led by Montezuma, who shares wisdom about strength and potential. Chloe declines the offer to join them, feeling drawn to her home and her blossoming feelings for Papi.

Meanwhile, Rachel and Sam search through Puerto Vallarta, trying to find clues about Chloe's whereabouts. They receive tips that Chloe was sighted in Chihuahua, focusing their search.

El Diablo tracks Chloe down and attempts to capture her. Fortunately, Papi arrives just in time to save Chloe but finds himself imprisoned in a derelict Aztec ruin during the conflict.

In a dramatic climax, Chloe successfully rescues Papi, showcasing her growth and newfound strength. Delgado then faces off against El Diablo, ultimately defeating him in an intense showdown.

After the chaotic events, Chloe and Papi reunite with Rachel, who is ecstatic to find Chloe safe. The authorities arrive to apprehend Vasquez, the ringleader of the dog fighting operation.

With Chloe back in Beverly Hills, she embraces her newfound love for Papi. Delgado returns to being a police dog in Mexico, while Manuel and Chico thrive in their new ventures in Beverly Hills.
