During a routine tour of Powers Industrial, Barbara Gordon, Rachel Bloom as Batgirl, witnesses a daring theft by the Foot Clan and simultaneously spots four creatures she hails as metahumans. She alerts Batman, and the two decide to turn the chase into a high-tech trap, leveraging Gotham’s defenses to outwit the thieves. The Foot Clan then makes a daring move at Wayne Enterprises, attempting to steal an experimental cloud seeder, but Batman—voiced by Troy Baker—boxes them in and takes down their formidable leader, Shredder, with cool precision.

What follows is a surprising twist: the four metahumans Barbara saw are actually the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles—Michelangelo, Leonardo, Donatello, and Raphael—who have arrived in Gotham chasing clues about Shredder’s alliance with an unknown power. Neither group fully trusts the other at first, and Batman’s team and the Turtles clash before a mutual understanding forms. The result is chaos: Arkham’s inmates mutate, Harley Quinn becomes a hyena, and the Joker himself mutates into a dangerous cobra-like form. Batman is infected with a mutagenic blend and falls into a frenzy—only a countersystem of anti-mutagen can save him, allowing the team to restore him before the situation spirals out of control.

As the alarm bells ring at Arkham, Batgirl learns that the cloud seeder’s theft was a distraction. The real target is Ace Chemicals, where the combined forces of the Bat-Family and the Turtles converge to confront Shredder and Ra’s al Ghul. The battle unfolds with the Batmobile and the Turtle Van in full force, cutting through Foot Clan infiltrators and the League of Assassins as they push toward their objectives. Leonardo, facing Ra’s al Ghul directly, stalls the master villain, while Batman engages Shredder under a running distraction from Raphael.

In a decisive moment, Donatello and Michelangelo sabotage the cloud seeder as it powers up, halting Ra’s’s control over Gotham’s fate. Leonardo finally subdues Ra’s, and Batman capitalizes on Shredder’s distraction to bring him down. The seeder itself detonates in a spectacular collapse, plunging Shredder into a vat of Joker venom and destroying Ace Chemicals in a fiery explosion. With the immediate threat neutralized, the Turtle brothers prepare to return to New York, but Batman has one more surprise: a celebratory pizza party for their victory.

The post-credits sting hints at a lingering threat: Shredder emerges from the Ace Chemicals ruins, his appearance now marked by Joker-like features and a maniacal laugh, signaling that Gotham’s trials are far from over and new chaos may be brewing in the shadows.
