Arai Enn 305-Il Kadavul

Kadavul appears after the two vent their frustrations toward God on their last night at the hostel. He wants to determine whether their poverty stems from fate or from their own choices. To observe them closely, he adopts the alias Arnold and spends a week living with them, guiding their daily routines while testing if they will misuse divine power if given the chance.

The galaxy box is a supercomputer-like device that serves as a powerful source of knowledge and nearly magical power. When Raasu and Mokkai steal it, they use it to better themselves and even inflict suffering on past employers who wronged them. However, the box represents divine power that corrupts those who misuse it, ultimately leading to their downfall.

On the final night of Kadavul's stay, Raasu and Mokkai succumb to temptation and steal the galaxy box, believing they can use its divine power to escape poverty and improve their lives. Their decision reflects human greed and the temptation to take shortcuts rather than working honestly for success.

After the theft, Kadavul loses his divine power and must live as an ordinary, underprivileged man within the same hostel. He works hard and climbs the social ladder through normal human effort, demonstrating that destiny is shaped by one's own actions. Meanwhile, the youths misuse the box's power and face consequences, ultimately learning the hard lesson that divine power cannot be wielded irresponsibly.

After Raasu and Mokkai use the galaxy box to improve their status, Raasu again pursues Mahishasuramardhini, only to discover she is actually a prostitute. This devastating revelation shatters his illusions and forces him to reevaluate his priorities, marking a turning point toward repentance and personal growth.

Wellesley Prabhu accidentally discovers Arnold's true identity as Kadavul but is persuaded to stay quiet. He recognizes the gravity of the divine intervention and chooses discretion, allowing the experiment to continue without interference. His secrecy adds tension to the narrative and highlights the moral complexity of knowing God's true nature.

Kadavul's experiment proves that poverty is not simply God's will but results from personal choices. After Prabhu recovers the galaxy box and returns it to Arnold, Raasu and Mokkai are forgiven and vow to reform. They slowly find success by choosing better, more honest paths in life.
