Abandoned

Mary accompanies Kevin to the hospital for a routine outpatient surgery. A nurse tells them the operation will last exactly one hour. Mary leaves briefly and, when she returns to bring Kevin home, she discovers that he has mysteriously disappeared.

Hospital administrators cannot locate any record of Kevin's presence at the facility. Mary contacts the police, and Detective Franklin arrives to begin a search for Kevin, but there is no sign that Kevin was ever at the hospital.

Detective Franklin pursues the missing-person case, trying to locate Kevin within the hospital and surrounding areas. He finds no evidence that Kevin was present at the facility. The search expands as Mary is questioned.

Mary is taken to staff psychiatrist Dr. Bensley, who deems her mentally unstable. She is tasked to find Kevin and prove her sanity. This order forces her to rely on herself to uncover the truth.

An anonymous older man approaches Mary and claims to know Kevin's whereabouts. He demands a ransom of 10 million dollars and gives her one hour to comply.

To satisfy the ransom, Mary is instructed to embezzle money from her own bank. She completes the transfer as directed, hoping this will secure Kevin's safety.

After the transfer, Mary comes face to face with Kevin and learns the truth: he is part of the gang. She realizes she has been trapped in an elaborate scheme and is the sole witness to their activities.

Mary is told that they intend to kill her since she might reveal the plot. The gang's plan to dispose of her unfolds as she escapes.

Mary escapes from a gang member who tries to kill her and kills him in self-defense. Holloway's cell phone rings, and she overhears the gang waiting for confirmation that Mary has been killed.

Realizing Mary is still alive, Kevin orders the others to return and kill her. The gang tries to run Mary down in their car, but she escapes through a doorway; two members chase her while Amanda stays behind.

Mary kills Cooper and continues to evade the remaining gang members. The chase intensifies as she uses the urban terrain to keep ahead of her pursuers.

Detective Franklin tracks down a lead and races back to the hospital. He arrives in time to save Mary's life by shooting Kevin, who is armed, and Kevin falls to his death.
