A garbage truck dumps a load of trash onto Naveen's car as he returns from Fancy Parameshwar's house. He notices an old container among the refuse and discovers a film reel inside. He decides to inspect the reel to see what it contains.

Inside the old container is a film reel that captures scenes of a girl acting. Naveen becomes captivated by the girl and resolves to find out who she is. The reel sets the premise for his new muse.

Naveen watches the reel and is convinced the lead could anchor a commercial, female-centric project. He sets out to find Alekhya, the eye doctor shown in the reel. He prepares to talk to her about joining his next movie.

Naveen's plan to cast Alekhya runs into resistance because Alekhya's family harbors a deep stigma against the film industry. They worry about social reputation and community disapproval. This creates a barrier Naveen must overcome.

Naveen is invited as the chief guest at a hospital event for Alekhya's eye clinic and presents her with a gift. The moment marks the first formal link between Naveen and Alekhya's world. The event sets the stage for their evolving dynamic.

Alekhya agrees to play Akhila in Naveen's film after hearing his sincere intent to honor Akhila and Deepak. She initially hesitates, but Naveen's explanation of his past and his vow convinces her to join without her family's knowledge.

Naveen and Alekhya gradually fall in love. Alekhya's parents introduce Varun, a scientist who befriends her and even appears in a minor role in Naveen's movie. Varun understands their relationship and remains supportive.

A relative spots Alekhya in public, triggering Alekhya's parents' anger about Akhila's suppressed dreams. Alekhya chooses to leave her parents' house to complete the film, determined to honor Akhila's memory.

Naveen reconciles with Alekhya's parents and promises to step away if needed. The premiere features Akhila's reel, moving the audience and her parents. The film becomes a huge hit, Akhila wins a Filmfare Award and dedicates it to her parents, and Naveen and Alekhya's relationship becomes official.
