Priyan faces a dire financial crisis as his mother is hospitalized and his sister Minimol is by her side. He frantically seeks loans from friends and relatives, but debts have left everyone wary. The mounting pressure pushes him toward drastic measures to cover the medical expenses.

Sojan agrees to help Priyan with the needed money only if Priyan provides a guarantee cheque. They arrange to meet the following morning to exchange the money and the cheque. The plan hinges on Priyan's guarantee rather than the lenders' trust.

Priyan reaches the bus station to wait for Sojan's arrival, feeling the weight of the debt he carries. Sojan is delayed due to an urgent matter, so Priyan chooses to bide his time there. The waiting period strains his nerves as the day wears on.

At the bus station, Priyan meets Prince, a wealthy but aimless young man who enjoys splurging. Prince invites him to join a spontaneous bus ride, suggesting that waiting for money is pointless. Despite his hesitation, Priyan agrees to go along.

Their journey leads to a large clothing store where Prince intends to meet his ex, Hema. Hema refuses to see him due to his alcoholism, and store staff also balk at Prince. Priyan speaks with Hema, who says she will meet Prince only when he is sober.

That night, Priyan and Prince check into a luxury hotel. Priyan enjoys the comforts of the room while Prince remains drunk, highlighting their contrasting states and priorities. The night underscores the widening difference between the two men.

Next day, Priyan stops Prince from drinking and takes him to meet Hema while sober. They discuss the accident they both survived, which left Hema without a leg and Prince bedridden for months. The candid conversation allows them to find closure and they part on better terms.

As funds run out, Prince attempts to borrow from friends and relatives, but his father has instructed everyone not to help him. Priyan, meanwhile, opens up about his mother's critical condition to Prince, deepening the sense of shared desperation. The burden of money and illness strains their fragile partnership.

Prince asks his wife Rini to transfer ₹50,000 to Priyan, but she refuses due to Prince's extended absences from home. The rejection leaves Priyan with even fewer options to cover the hospital bill. The financial stalemate intensifies as the crisis deepens.

With no money left, the two decide to part ways, and Priyan heads back to see his ailing mother. The separation marks a turning point as Priyan focuses on the hospital's needs above their ephemeral friendship. The journey seems to be ending in failure.

Sojan finally lends ₹10,000, of which ₹7,000 goes to the driver, leaving Priyan and Prince stranded on the road. Sojan urges Priyan to abandon Prince and return to his mother, but Priyan refuses to leave his friend behind. The road life tests their loyalty in the dwindling hours.

The two sleep by the roadside and wake near Prince's house the next morning. They part ways again, with Priyan boarding a bus to reach his mother and Prince heading home. The bond between them remains fragile but real.

Just as Priyan departs, he receives a message that Rini has transferred ₹50,000 to his account. Overjoyed, he rushes back to Prince and they share a brief moment of happiness before Priyan departs again toward the hospital. The financial turnaround promises a path to saving his mother.
