Lockhart, an ambitious executive from New York City, arrives at a stunning wellness center nestled in the Swiss Alps. He is tasked by the board of directors with retrieving CEO Roland Pembroke, who has mysteriously checked into the facility, but faces immediate resistance from the staff and the enigmatic Dr. Heinreich Volmer.

After struggling to communicate with Pembroke, Lockhart decides to leave the wellness center but is involved in a minor car accident. He emerges with only a leg injury but awakens three days later in the very same facility, now as a patient, which deepens the mystery he faces.

As Lockhart explores the labyrinthine hallways of the wellness center, he meets Hannah, a mysterious young girl with her own secrets. Their encounter sparks a connection that propels Lockhart further into the dark mysteries surrounding the spa.
