Inside Cavetown Tunnel, Baby Brown Bear joins the group and leads them toward a big round rock perched on a mountaintop. The climb is hard, but the promise of a tool to save Harbortown keeps spirits high.

Storm clouds gather as the team pushes the rock off the mountaintop. It slides down toward the tracks and blocks Katy Caboose and Tootle's passage.

After blocking the tracks, the rock chases the friends down the line, leaving a trail of destruction behind it. The group scrambles to stay safe while the massive obstacle presses on.

With the storm threatening Harbortown, Beamer spots Tootle and orders the cargo ship to intervene. The plan is to use cushions to protect the crew and passengers and redirect danger away from the town. The community watches anxiously as the rescue begins.

The cargo ship drops mattresses from its hold and positions them on the ground to cushion the rescue. Tootle slams on the brakes and sends everything tumbling toward safety. All the friends land on the mattresses, except Scuffy, who lands back in the water.

The rock finally reaches the hole and plugs the breakwater, sealing Harbortown against flooding. The flooding threat is averted just in time as the storm continues to batter the coast.

With the storm passing, Beamer hosts a party to celebrate the rescue. Scuffy deflects credit to his friends, emphasizing that teamwork saved the town. Tawny Scrawny Lion raises a toast to Scuffy as others cheer.

Shy Little Kitten spots a rainbow in the sky, signaling hope after the ordeal. The group smiles at the sight and looks forward to calmer days ahead.
