In Winnipeg, two high school sophomores, both named Colleen, navigate their lives at Terry Fox Prep. They are entirely absorbed in celebrity news and seem to only function properly when glued to their phones, reflecting the modern teenage experience.

The Colleens work at the Eh-2-Zed convenience store owned by Colleen C's father. They share the workplace with Tabitha, a girlfriend they dislike, creating a tension-filled but humorous atmosphere.

Both girls are passionate musicians and play in a heavy metal band, practicing in the back room of the store. Flashbacks give insight into their past guitar performances, showing a stark contrast to their current practices.

The girls attend yoga classes led by Yogi Beara, who humorously alters his name to 'Boo Boo' due to legal troubles with Warner Brothers. Yogi's unconventional and martial arts-esque approach to yoga provides the Colleens with an entertaining yet fitting perspective on overcoming obstacles.

The characters frequently use the word 'aboot' instead of 'about', showcasing a light-hearted portrayal of Canadian culture. This portrayal is enhanced with vibrant 80s video game music that accompanies their social media shenanigans.

During a history class led by Ms. Maurice, the students struggle to relate to past events. To enliven the lesson, she recounts stories of Adrian Arcand, a devoted follower of Hitler, providing a dark yet intriguing glimpse into Canadian history.

In their quest for a cooler reputation, the Colleens eagerly accept an invitation to a senior party. However, they soon find themselves unwittingly mingling with a group of Satan worshipers, leading to bizarre and undesirable experiences.

The girls connect with detective Guy Lapointe, who is investigating a series of murders linked to the convenience store. They identify one victim, nicknamed Toilet Paper Man, upon seeing a photo that triggers their memories.

Andronicus Arcane resurfaces in a comedic twist, boasting a variety of impressions that include famous actors and cartoon characters. His theatricality adds an outrageous flair to the escalating tension of the plot.

The film culminates in a showdown that is reminiscent of a classic 1960s episode of 'Batman'. The bizarre elements interwoven throughout the story come to a head, resulting in a memorable and whimsical climax.
