Wendell & Wild concludes with a victory for community, morality, and self-acceptance over greed, corruption, and evil. The climax reveals how the corrupt corporate powers, represented by the Klaxons and the private prison system they support, threaten to destroy the town of Rust Bank. Kat, with the help of her community and her newfound acceptance of herself, fights back against this greed-driven destruction. The dead council members are resurrected to vote against the corporation, and in the process, the evil schemes are thwarted. Wendell and Wild realize their own potential for goodness and reject their demonic nature by fighting alongside Kat and her allies to save the town. The film emphasizes the importance of unity, community action, and overcoming internal and external monsters—whether they are guilt, greed, or evil corporations.

In the end, Kat accepts her parents’ death and looks forward to a brighter future for Rust Bank, symbolizing healing and moving forward.
