Prabhat Singh, Sunny Deol, is an honest and dedicated police officer, but his demanding job leaves little time for family life, a tension that puts him at odds with his father, Alok Nath, a man who believes in peace and opposes violence.

His latest mission pits him against Ajgar Jurrat, Amrish Puri, the most dreaded crime lord who operates from Kenya while pulling strings in India, and who stands in direct rivalry with Madan Bhardwaj, Mangal Dhillon. Ajgar plans to wipe out Madan and his brothers in a single blow, but Akash Bharadwaj, Chunky Pandey, the youngest Bharadwaj, overhears the plot and tries to intervene; Prabhat arrives just in time to arrest Akash, and Ajgar’s gang scatters into the shadows.

Moved by Akash’s plea to spare his brothers, Prabhat agrees to take on the mission and insists that Akash come along. They board a flight to Kenya, where they cross paths with Surya Pratap Singh, Naseeruddin Shah, an earnest Kenyan-Indian police officer who will either help or hinder them as the case unfolds.

On the ground they meet Renuka, Sonam, Madan’s sister-in-law, who shares Renuka’s thirst for vengeance and guides them closer to Ajgar, explaining that Ajgar is a respected local figure in Nairobi who makes it hard to arrest him. Despite their persistence, Surya remains wary, and when Prabhat and Akash attempt to act without his knowledge, he arrests them and arranges deportation back to India.

Renuka later reveals the truth behind Surya’s wife’s death—she died while trying to escape Rajnag’s attack—linking Ajgar’s world to a personal tragedy that explains Surya’s anger and hidden sympathy. Realizing the depth of the deception, Surya confronts Ajgar but is captured along with his daughter, turning the tide against the trio.

Prabhat and Akash escape and eventually reunite with Surya; the three join forces to close in on Ajgar and his henchmen, determined to bring them to justice. In a harrowing climax, they succeed in bringing Ajgar and Rajnag back to India; the pursuit culminates in a final showdown where Ajgar and his son are fatally shot by the trio—Prabhat, Akash, and Surya.

With the criminals defeated, the movie closes on a note of hard-won justice and the rekindled bond of three men who chose to stand up for what is right, even when the path was perilous.
