Shoaib is a taxi driver living with his elderly mother, who suffers from a medical condition causing her to forget things, including the passing of her husband. Shoaib's daily routine revolves around driving and caring for his mother, establishing a peaceful but challenging life. He is also acquainted with a local gangster named Manya, who knows both him and his mother well.

One night, Manya visits Shoaib in his taxi and leaves him a jacket. Shoaib keeps the jacket at home, unaware of its significance. This encounter introduces the connection between Shoaib and Manya, setting up the future complications involving the jacket and its contents.

Shoaib is rudely awakened by a call informing him that a fire has broken out at his house. He rushes home to find that his mother accidentally caused the fire in the kitchen and is distressed. Shoaib manages to save his mother and tries to comfort her after the incident.

Later, Manya contacts Shoaib to request the return of his jacket, which Shoaib cannot find anymore. Manya reveals that the jacket contains drugs worth Rs. 20 Lakhs, shocking Shoaib and escalating the crisis, as it links Shoaib to dangerous criminal activities.

Fearing for himself, his mother, and his girlfriend Lucky, Shoaib tries to locate the jacket. Manya threatens Shoaib to return the jacket at any cost, warning that failure could result in his mother’s death. Shoaib then engages in a kidnapping ransom, asking for Rs. 2 crores from the boy’s parents to save them.

During a ride to pick up Lucky, Shoaib discovers she is with her son Parth and learns she is waiting for a customer named Aakash. Meanwhile, Lucky and Parth go missing, prompting Shoaib and others to suspect that Lucky might have been kidnapped, adding to the chaos.

Aakash, a pilot, finds his wife Tara with another man while dropping their son at school. He follows her to a hotel where she checks in with her alleged lover. He confronts her, and Tara reveals she plans to marry Javed, ending their marriage, which leaves Aakash devastated and seeking revenge.

After their confrontation, Aakash returns to the coffee house to find Lucky and his son missing. Both he and Tara suspect that Lucky has kidnapped Parth, prompting a frantic effort to locate her and uncover what happened to their son.

Shoaiib tries to pay the ransom to save the kidnapped boy, but despite returning the jacket, the gangs refuse to back down, demanding Rs. 2 crores. The situation escalates as multiple gang members threaten each other and attempt to retrieve the ransom money, leading to dangerous confrontations.

In a crowded carnival, Aakash is asked to deliver a duffel bag of cash, but multiple gangs aim to loot the same bag. Amidst confusing instructions, a chaotic gunfight erupts, with the gangs turning on each other in a violent confrontation. Aakash believes his son is dead and kills Waghmare in his rage, trying to avenge them.

In the end, Shoaib manages to keep Parth safe during the gunfight. Aakash, overwhelmed with grief and anger, realizes his son is alive, and they are finally reunited. The story concludes on a positive note with the family being together again after the chaos.
