When the ransom deal erupts, the situation spirals into a chaotic shoot‑out. Acid Tai’s henchman has already killed Shoaib’s mother, and Lucky flees with the little boy, hoping to keep him out of harm’s way. Shoaib arrives at the exchange bruised and desperate; in the crossfire he and his friend Manya open fire, but Manya is killed in Shoaib’s arms and Shoaib is wounded in the stomach.

Corrupt police officers, who had promised to help Akash in exchange for a cut of the money, turn on each other and join the melee. Akash, realizing they have betrayed him, shoots one of the officers. Amid the turmoil, Shoaib manages to tell Akash that Paddy is safe with Lucky. Shortly after, an ambulance rushes in, and Lucky reappears, cradling an unharmed Paddy. Akash is finally reunited with his son, while Shoaib is taken to the hospital, relieved that his primary concern – the boy’s safety – has been secured.

The film closes on a quieter note. Following his divorce, Akash decides to see Paddy regularly, moving out of the house he once shared with his unfaithful wife and staying at the hotel where he had caught her in the act. As he steps into a car to return to the hotel, the vehicle is revealed to be Shoaib’s, hinting that, despite the violence and loss, the two men’s lives remain intertwined and a tentative friendship may be beginning.
