Radhakrishnan Nair's bridge collapses while a bus crosses, revealing his greed. To shield himself, he and Prabhakaran engineer a plan to pin the blame on their driver. The driver, driven by fear and promises of money and safety, agrees to confess and is later killed to silence him.

Sivan, who has lost his wife and son in the disaster, confronts the corrupt forces behind the collapse. He becomes a moral counterforce, threatening to expose the wrongdoing. His stand foreshadows the investigations that follow.

The Municipality halts CP's contracts and CP uses a ruse to link Radha's brother to the scheme. A Vigilance Team arrives, arresting Radha and she attempts suicide but is saved. CP shares his painful backstory with Radha, sparking a rekindled bond between them and shifting loyalties.

Sivan becomes Panchayat President and begins an across-the-board crackdown on corruption in government offices. CP learns to trust his integrity and resolves to live a truthful life from then on. An alliance of moral purpose forms between CP and Sivan.

Assassins hired by CP's brother and brother-in-law ambush Sivan, leaving him gravely injured. CP carries Sivan to the hospital and hears his final exhortations to bring the criminals to justice. Sivan dies in CP's arms, cementing his sacrifice in the fight against corruption.

CP uncovers the documents detailing the crimes and publishes them, ensuring the culprits are punished. His father reaffirms faith in his son, while Radha pledges ongoing support and the municipality considers restarting CP's contracts. The film ends with CP choosing a principled path and reuniting with Radha as partners in life and work.
