Dr. Surya sponsors an orphanage in the city. A girl from the orphanage goes missing, and Circle Inspector Srinivasa Rao rebukes Surya, refusing to take the case seriously.

A passenger flight from Colombo to India goes missing, triggering a high priority investigation. Deepak Reddy is appointed as the head of the Investigation Unit to lead the search and response.

Constable Ramarao, a part-time private investigator, offers to help Surya locate the missing girl, drawing threatening calls from the kidnapper. The pressure escalates as the case attracts national attention.

Deepak receives a call from a man identifying himself as Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu, who claims to have hijacked the missing flight and demands Inspector Neelima. Neelima notes a string of criminal killings connected to the same alias and the demand to execute a Pan-India operation to kill 300 criminals in exchange for the hostages. The government agrees to the condition.

Vinay's team discovers a key that opens the lock to an old dilapidated house, a lead they believe will unlock the kidnapper's lair. They plan to break in to rescue the boy's parents.

Ramarao tracks the criminals during a new kidnapping and is spotted, captured, and brought to Surya's house. The kidnappers raid the residence and kill Ramarao, Surya, and Surya's wife.

Deepak learns that Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu's hijack claim was false when the flight remains surface in the Indian Ocean, indicating the plane had crashed. The indication shifts focus to the mastermind behind the operation.

Vinay and his team rescue the kidnapped girls and shoot the head of the kidnappers, clearing the immediate danger. The operation marks a turning point as the trail narrows.

A man dressed as Santa Claus murders the girls whom Vinay's team had rescued. The sudden killings jolt the investigation and complicate the pursuit of the mastermind.

Surya's orphaned son, Nikhil, runs away from the orphanage and tries to infiltrate the kidnapper network by dressing as a girl. He is successfully taken away by the criminals.

Vinay discovers that his father, Srinivasa Rao, committed suicide under pressure tied to the kidnapper racket. He also learns that Srinivasa Rao headed the criminals who killed Surya.

It is revealed that Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu, Nikhil, and the missing-boy are the same person across three timelines. The boy forged the missing house, murdered his parents, and caused his father's suicide while the criminals were adopted by the kidnappers and later killed by him.

In the present, Deepak, Neelima, and an older Vinay corner Nikhil in a dilapidated building, but Nikhil/Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu escapes.

An epilogue shows a much older Nikhil and hints at a sequel.
