The house was never actually missing. The number plates on all houses in the colony were altered to create the illusion that house number 143 had vanished. This was part of the boy's elaborate scheme to fake his parents' disappearance and redirect investigation away from himself.

Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu is Nikhil, the orphaned son of Dr. Surya. Years after being kidnapped from the orphanage as a child, Nikhil grew up as part of the criminal racket that kidnapped him. He adopted the alias and orchestrated the entire crime wave, including the missing flight hoax, the criminal killings, and the elaborate revenge plot against those he held responsible for his father's death.

The mysterious figure demanding the execution of 300 criminals seemed like a faceless mastermind, but was driven by personal trauma.

Veera Bhoga's claim of hijacking the Colombo-to-India flight was entirely false. The plane had actually crashed into the Indian Ocean, and its remains were recovered. The false hijack claim was a deliberate distraction to draw massive police attention and force the government into his demanded mission, to execute 300 criminals across India in exchange for 300 hostages who were actually the criminals themselves.

The demand to kill criminals in exchange for hostages seemed unusual from the start.

After running away from the orphanage, Nikhil disguised himself as a girl to infiltrate the kidnapper network. His plan was to gather evidence and identify the mastermind behind the racket that had killed his father, Dr. Surya. The disguise worked initially, and he was taken by the criminals, but he was later discovered.

Nikhil's dangerous plan to dress as a girl reflected his desperation to uncover the truth about his father's death.

The kidnapped girls, who were poor and orphaned children targeted by the racket, were initially rescued by Vinay's team after they located and killed the head of the kidnappers. However, a man dressed as Santa Claus later murdered the rescued girls, adding another layer of horror to the case. These victims were part of the criminal network's exploitation of vulnerable children.

The rescue brought temporary relief before the Santa Claus killings shocked everyone.

Vinay's father, Circle Inspector Srinivasa Rao, was revealed to be the head of the kidnappers' racket. Under pressure from the investigation and being exposed, he committed suicide. He had been secretly running the criminal operation that killed Dr. Surya, Ramarao, and Surya's wife, while also manipulating the police response to protect his racket.

Srinivasa Rao's earlier refusal to take the orphanage case seriously was actually protective cover for his criminal activities.

The boy who reported the missing house, Nikhil (Dr. Surya's orphaned son), and Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu are all the same person across three different timelines. As a child, the boy killed his parents, faked the house disappearance, and later got adopted by the very kidnappers who killed his father. He grew up within the racket, eventually becoming Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu and orchestrating the revenge plot.

The mysterious boy at the start seemed like a random complainant but was central to the entire conspiracy.

Dr. Surya and Constable Ramarao were killed by the kidnappers' gang when Ramarao was discovered tracking them during a new kidnapping. The criminals traced him back to Surya's house and carried out a brutal attack, killing Ramarao, Surya, and Surya's wife. This was orchestrated by the racket headed by Srinivasa Rao.

Ramarao's investigation had drawn dangerous attention from the criminal network.

In the present timeline, Deepak, Neelima, and an older Vinay corner Nikhil (Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu) in a dilapidated building, but he escapes once more. The film ends with an epilogue showing a much older Nikhil, leaving the central conflict unresolved and clearly hinting at a sequel.

The repeated escapes established Nikhil's cunning survival ability throughout the film.

Circle Inspector Srinivasa Rao (Vinay's father) was the mastermind behind the entire kidnapping racket that targeted poor and orphaned girls. He used his position as a police officer to operate the criminal network while protecting it from investigation. He killed Surya when Surya got too close to the truth, and his suicide was triggered by the investigation closing in on him.

Srinivasa Rao's police rank gave him both access and protection for his criminal operations.
