Rahimuddin Qureshi was arrested along with his nephews on suspicion of terrorist links. His nephew confessed to having a terrorist connection, which trapped Rahim at the police station during the chaotic night. This arrest occurred just as he was planning to leave the country following the traumatic loss of his wife during a violent religious scuffle.

All five characters arrived at the Hyderabad hospital through separate emergencies on the same New Year's Eve. Vivek and Lasya rushed a pregnant woman there after a minor accident. Saroja and Karpooram came seeking medical help after Karpooram was stabbed. Ramulu and Padma arrived so Padma could sell her kidney. Rahim was brought in after being shot while trying to escape police custody. Cable Raju was also brought in after the attack began, creating this convergence.

The timeline establishes each character's emergency separately before showing them collide at the hospital.

Padma agreed to sell her kidney to save Ramulu's grandson, who was being held captive due to an unpaid loan. Ramulu had already sold one of his own kidneys previously to try to pay off the debt, but the family remained trapped in poverty. Desperate to free the child, Padma made the extreme sacrifice despite the exploitative payment she would receive.

The terrorists attacked the hospital to free their leader, who was being held hostage there. They had taken Rahimuddin Qureshi hostage initially but freed their own leader using him as leverage. This triggered the violent siege that turned the hospital into a battleground during New Year's Eve celebrations.

Cable Raju realized his mistake after stealing money from Ramulu, who was already struggling desperately to save his grandson. Raju returned the stolen money and added his own savings to compensate for the theft. This act of conscience marked his redemption arc before the terrorist attack forced him into heroism.

Earlier scenes show Raju's criminal actions stem from his desire to impress Pooja by attending an expensive party.

Rahimuddin Qureshi saved his former enemy Shivaram as an act of redemption. Despite being detained and facing death, Rahim chose to help thwart the terrorist attack and specifically saved Shivaram, who later recognized Rahim's bravery. This selfless act allowed Rahim to transform from a man trapped by circumstances into someone who actively saved lives.

Vivek and Cable Raju sacrificed themselves to protect innocent people during the terrorist attack at the hospital. Both characters, who had initially been focused on their personal struggles, chose to become heroes by fighting the terrorists and shielding others from harm. Their ultimate sacrifice saved numerous lives and became the defining heroic acts of the night.

Both characters showed courage even before the attack, Vivek in escaping fanatics and Raju in returning stolen money.

After surviving the traumatic terrorist attack, Saroja decided to leave her profession as a prostitute and pursue a new life. The night of chaos and survival gave her the resolve to escape her exploitative situation, representing a personal turning point toward hope and renewal.

Ramulu's grandson was able to prove that the money owed to the landlord was fully paid. Despite the landlord's attempt to deceive Ramulu about the payment status, the grandson's evidence confirmed the debt was settled. This exposure of the landlord's fraud freed Ramulu's family from the cycle of debt and captivity that had trapped them.

Vivek Chakravarthy was posthumously hailed as a national hero for his sacrifice during the terrorist attack. After missing his flight and arriving in Hyderabad through difficult circumstances, he chose to fight the terrorists and protect innocent lives. His death transformed him from an aspiring rock star into a celebrated national hero, bringing pride to his family and the community.

Vivek consistently showed courage throughout the night, from escaping fanatics to rushing a pregnant woman to the hospital.
