Cable Raju, born Anand Raj, is a poor cable operator from the Jubilee Hills slum who dreams of impressing a girl named Pooja. After a journey involving stolen money and confrontation with police, he transforms into a hero during the hospital siege and sacrifices himself to save others.

Rahimuddin Qureshi is from Old Basti, Hyderabad, and carries deep trauma from a religious clash that caused his wife to miscarry. Arrested on false terrorism charges, he escapes and ends up in the hospital. Through the crisis, he finds redemption by saving his former enemy Dr. Shivaram and helping stop the terrorist attack.

Saroja is a prostitute from Amalapuram who dreams of escaping her abusive employer. With her friend Karpooram, she plans to flee to Hyderabad but faces betrayal by a broker. She ends up at the hospital seeking help, and her arc represents the struggle for freedom and dignity.

Ramulu is a debt-ridden weaver from Sircilla who has already sold one kidney to pay off loans. He travels to Hyderabad with his daughter-in-law Padma, hoping to secure money through another kidney sale to save his grandson. Desperate to help her family, Padma agrees to sell her own kidney, highlighting the extreme desperation caused by debt.
