Qin Guoli, a Chinese accountant, lives a quiet life in Great Britain. However, his life takes a dark turn when he becomes entangled in a perilous scheme that threatens his safety and the lives of his loved ones.

Qin is coerced by Maasym, the leader of the Brothers of Vengeance, to finance their illegal operations. This involves securing weapons of mass destruction and trading in valuable artifacts, putting Qin in a moral and ethical dilemma.

In a brave move, Qin tips off Scotland Yard about Maasym's activities, leading to a military operation. US forces intervene, resulting in the demise of Maasym, but his son Omar survives, vowing to avenge his father.

During the lively celebration of the Chinese New Year in London’s Chinatown, tragedy strikes as Omar enlists the Arctic Wolves to abduct Qin and his new wife, Meiwei. This shocking event marks the beginning of their dangerous journey.

An international security company, Vanguard, is called to action to rescue Qin and Meiwei from the Arctic Wolves. Led by agents Tang Huating, Lei Zhenyu, and Mi Ya, their mission is fraught with peril but essential for the couple's safety.

After successfully rescuing Qin, Vanguard turns their attention to his daughter Fareeda, who is in Africa and in danger from Omar. The team sets off on a treacherous journey to secure her safety amidst rising threats.

While in Africa, the team encounters not only the Arctic Wolves but also a violent poaching operation led by Tunda. The situation escalates, complicating their mission and putting Fareeda at further risk.

In a tense moment, Lei and Fareeda become separated from Tang and Mi Ya while in a dense jungle. They must find a way to survive and regroup with the rest of the team, facing dangerous situations alone.

Tang, Mi Ya, and the team regroup and engage in a thrilling river chase, utilizing amphibious vehicles and jet skis. This exciting pursuit intensifies as they aim to rescue Lei and Fareeda from the mercenaries.

Captured by the Arctic Wolves, Lei and Fareeda face a dire situation. Broto, the mercenary leader, proposes a trade involving Qin, who must decide between his own safety and the rescue of his daughter.

Tang and his team prepare for a climactic raid on Omar's fortified stronghold in Jiadebala. Their plan involves infiltrating through the sewer systems, leading to an unexpected and fierce firefight.

In an act of bravery, Qin sacrifices his freedom to allow the agents to escape. His decision proves pivotal in the ongoing battle against Omar's criminal operation.

The final showdown takes place in Dubai where Vanguard collaborates with local authorities to thwart Omar's plans. This thrilling confrontation involves a dangerous arms deal amidst high stakes.

In a heart-pounding climax at a shopping mall, both Omar and Broto are apprehended. This resolution brings a wave of relief to the protagonists who have endured many trials.

The film closes with the characters celebrating the Chinese New Year in Dubai. This joyous occasion marks a triumphant end to their perilous journey and signifies hope for the future.
