Friends call him Mr. T, foes beg for mercy. When masked men start tearing down the floating craps games run by Chalky and Pete, the two hire the cool, loose‑lipped Mr. T to sort it out. The same gang then frames a rival collector’s murder, forcing T to stop a gang war, dodge the police, and collect his fee.
