Toy Story 4

Nine years prior to the main events, R.C. the toy is accidentally left outside by Andy and is swept away by a storm drain. Woody and the other toys bravely come together to initiate a rescue mission to save their friend from the perilous situation.

During the rescue operation, a friend of Andy's mother arrives and purchases Bo Peep along with her lamp. Despite Woody's frantic attempts to stop the sale, Bo reassures him that being taken away is a natural part of a toy’s existence.

Fast forward two years later, Andy has donated his toys to Bonnie, where Woody finds happiness among his new family. Woody, however, grows concerned about Bonnie's emotional state as she prepares for her kindergarten orientation.

Woody sneaks into Bonnie's backpack to support her at school. After Bonnie is bullied, Woody helps her create a new toy named Forky from discarded items, who astonishingly comes to life, believing he is merely trash.

During a family road trip, Forky’s belief that he is trash drives him to jump out of the moving vehicle. Woody leaps after him, determined to teach Forky the true joy of being a beloved toy.

Woody and Forky arrive at an RV park and discover Bo's lamp in an antique shop. Their quest to locate Bo leads them to encounter Gabby Gabby, a doll with a broken voice box, who initially feigns a desire to help them.

Gabby reveals her true intention of stealing Woody's voice box since she has been overlooked by children. In this precarious moment, Forky becomes a captive of Gabby and her ventriloquist puppets, the Bensons.

After a dramatic escape, Woody realizes the gravity of abandoning Forky. He eventually reunites with Bo, who has now taken on a life of helping lost toys, alongside her friend Giggle McDimples, who proposes a daring rescue.

Meanwhile, Buzz is on a mission to find Woody, using his uniquely programmed phrases for direction. After a whirlwind of adventures, he finally locates Woody, leading to an alliance with Bo to save Forky.

As their rescue plan proceeds, an argument ensues among the toys, hurting Bo’s feelings. In a selfless act, Woody decides to trade his voice box to Gabby Gabby for the freedom of Forky, displaying true courage.

Following a series of events, Gabby Gabby is rejected by the little girl she yearned for. In a touching moment, she offers Woody his voice box back, but he insists she keeps it, acknowledging her desire to be loved.

Bonnie returns for her forgotten backpack, bringing Woody, Buzz, and Forky back home. With assistance from Duke, they successfully navigate back to Bonnie, ensuring every toy's safety and happiness.

Faced with a pivotal choice, Woody contemplates returning to Bonnie or staying with Bo. Encouraged by Buzz, Woody ultimately elects to remain with Bo to support lost toys in need.

As Bonnie's RV departs, Woody shares an emotional farewell with his friends, evoking change in their relationships. Woody and Bo's future as partners in guiding lost toys is sealed with a promise.

In a time jump, a year later, kids enjoy a comedic performance by Ducky and Bunny. Meanwhile, Forky introduces a new creation, Karen Beverly, leaving him contemplative about his own existence.
