Five people with OCD plus one with Tourette arrive in the waiting room believing they have an appointment with Doctor Palomero. Blanca, Ana Maria, Emilio, Otto, Lili, and Federico each display a distinct obsession or tic. The renowned psychologist is delayed, setting the stage for a makeshift group encounter that will test their boundaries.

The mounting delay amplifies their compulsions and makes them observe each other more closely. Clashes erupt as rituals collide and personal space becomes a battlefield. They begin to realize that their irritations stem from differences as well as their disorders.

Blanca's germ phobia tightens its grip as her supply of antibiotic wipes dwindles. She avoids touching others and retreats to the restroom to wash whenever someone brushes past or uses something she touched. The moment underscores how fragile her routine can be under pressure.

Federico, who has Tourette syndrome, shouts obscene phrases in the waiting room, shocking Blanca. She misreads this as a threat and tenses up, fearing an attack. The incident highlights how misinterpretations complicate their first encounters.

Emilio enters and attempts to calm the mood, but his behavior turns problematic. He mocks Ana Maria for her compulsions and counts the number of times she crosses herself. Federico offers a brief explanation of his condition to defuse the tension.
