Pure O (2024) Plot Summary & Ending Explained

At the end of Pure O, Cooper appears to have finally regained control over his racing and disturbing thoughts. Throughout the film, he struggles with severe intrusive thoughts, believing he might harm others even though he has no intention of doing so. His journey through therapy, group sessions, and confronting his fears in a controlled environment gradually dismantles the hold these dark thoughts have on him.
