To secure victory in the election, Ilanthiraiyan enlists Mustafa, Thalaivasal Vijay, to orchestrate a devastating attack by planting a bomb at a public rally. With Ilanthiraiyan behind bars, his naive wife Pushpalatha, Urvashi, steps into the role of chief minister and even secures her husband’s release.
