His journey culminates in a daring rescue of Evelyn from the grip of Murtagh and the dangers of the Wild Hunt, reigniting their romance against all odds. However, as Erik’s absence weighs heavily on Murtagh and his pride is shattered, the leader begins to lose his grip on reality. In a fit of rage, he performs a ritualistic severing of his gamer wristband before unleashing a horrific assault on the main camp, leaving destruction and chaos in his wake. Tragically, Erik becomes a victim of Murtagh’s fury, succumbing to his injuries while the enraged leader flees into the shadows of the woods, forced to witness Evelyn’s heartbreaking sacrifice.

In the wake of these traumatic events, Bjorn seeks to avenge his brother’s untimely death. A few days later, driven by grief and fury, he breaks into Murtagh’s home and administers a brutal beating that ultimately ends in Murtagh’s demise, exacting a violent retribution for Erik’s tragic fate.
