Hunted

At the end of “Catwoman: Hunted,” Selina Kyle, aka Catwoman, manages to steal the Cat’s Eye Emerald from Barbara Minerva, who leads the Leviathan crime syndicate. Her motive for stealing the gem is rooted in her desire to help victims of Minerva’s trafficking ring, particularly young girls in Sochi, Russia. Throughout the film, Selina fights alongside Batwoman to take down Leviathan’s leaders and their dangerous allies, including villains like Black Mask, Cheshire, and Solomon Grundy. In the final confrontation, Selina and Batwoman succeed in capturing most of the villains, with Minerva being killed in the process. The stolen emerald is not just a prize, but also a tool for Selina to fund her efforts to rescue and aid young girls, as she plans to sell it to gain enough money for a better future for her and other victims.

As she departs on a cruise heading to London, Selina reveals her intention to make a brief stop to the Tower of London, where she intends to steal the Crown Jewels—adding a layer of danger and daring to her plan. Meanwhile, the story’s ending hints at a looming threat: Talia al Ghul, the daughter of Ra’s al Ghul, appears furious with Selina and is plotting her next move. With Minerva dead and the other villains in custody, Talia’s anger signals that Selina will soon face a new, more personal adversary. The film concludes with the promise of future conflict, setting the stage for Selina’s next adventure and her ongoing battle against Talia al Ghul’s vengeance.
