Back in Hiddenville, the Thunder Monitor and Dr. Colosso return to the fold, turning the house into a crossroads between old loyalties and new pressures. The environment tests family bonds and questions about future roles. The home becomes a command center for planning.

Barb and Hank try to keep an eye on Chloe with the help of a borrowed helicopter, but a miscalculation by Cherry launches two Splat Shakes from Splat Burger, causing a crash that disrupts the surveillance. Max and Phoebe realize the V-Team are villains in disguise and rush to confront them at their lab. They are captured by Dark Mayhem Jr., She-Crab, and Krondor and dragged to the Mayhem Cafe, where a pre-recorded taunt and self-destruct countdown heighten the stakes. A blue fragment of the Power Plant is found and fragments are distributed to Cherry, Oyster, Gideon, Principal Bradford, and Mrs. Wong, transforming them into temporary heroes who help break the force field and teleport the twins to the capture location. Hank's decisive intervention disables the self-destruct.

The final clash unfolds atop Mount Metroburg as the villain children flood the city with red pieces via a drone. Max and Phoebe teleport onto the drone to remove the dangerous red components, while Phoebe is blinded by a wind and nearly falls. Chloe reaches out and saves them, forcing a strategic retreat.

The Thundermans accept on the condition that Hiddenville becomes the new headquarters, and they are welcomed back into the Hero League. In the aftermath, Phoebe freezes the empowered civilians who appeared, and Dr. Colosso receives a cryptic message from an unknown entity hinting at a future assignment.
