Kebede Bimro, an Ethiopian Jew, teams up with Ari Levinson, an Israeli Mossad agent, to embark on a crucial mission. Their goal is to rescue Jewish-Ethiopian refugees and provide them a safe passage to Israel.

Ari realizes the importance of concealing their operations from the authorities in Ethiopia. He pitches an audacious plan to Israeli intelligence officer Ethan Levin, leveraging the defunct Red Sea Diving Resort as a cover for their humanitarian efforts.

With the plan gaining hesitant approval, Ari recruits his former Mossad teammates: Rachel Reiter, Jake Wolf, Max Rose, and Sammy Navon. Together, they prepare to undertake this covert operation, understanding the stakes involved.

Upon reaching Sudan, the team quickly becomes an unexpected hit as tourists flock to the resort. The brochures they prepared inadvertently attract genuine guests, providing them an opportunity to mask their true intentions.

As they manage the influx of tourists, the team adeptly juggles running the resort while secretly facilitating the escape of refugees. This dual operation begins to show success as several extraction missions are initiated smoothly.

The operation faces a significant threat when Sudanese Colonel Abdel Ahmed learns of the team's activities. After torturing and killing a group of refugees, he begins to investigate the resort, raising alarms for Ari and his team.

One night, during an evacuation operation, Ari and Sammy face arrest by Sudanese soldiers. Fortunately, they are released, but upon return, they learn from Levin that their mission may have been compromised.

As Colonel Ahmed intensifies his search for the refugees, Rachel finds herself in a desperate situation. To protect the hidden refugees, she is forced to kill one of Ahmed's men, putting the entire operation in jeopardy.

In a desperate attempt to salvage their mission, Ari coordinates a last-ditch effort for the evacuation of refugees using a cargo plane. He enlists the support of Walton Bowen, a CIA officer, to execute this high-stakes plan.

In a tense operation, the refugees are transported to an abandoned British airfield. With Colonel Ahmed's forces closing in, the team narrowly executes their mission, successfully extracting both themselves and the refugees to safety.
