A fleet of Kree ships performs a devastating assault, obliterating an entire planet before transitioning through a jump point. This act of destruction sets the tone for the conflict against the Kree in the rest of the film.

On the moon, the Kree leader Dar-Benn uncovers a vessel containing a powerful artifact known as the Quantum Band. This discovery ignites her ambitions as she realizes there is another similar band in existence.

In Jersey City, teenage superhero Kamala Khan, also known as Ms. Marvel, fantasizes about joining forces with her idol, Captain Marvel. Her excitement escalates when her Quantum Band starts glowing, leading to a strange phenomenon.

Carol Danvers is aboard her ship, probing into memories that were stolen from her by the Kree. During her quest, she is contacted by Nick Fury, who informs her that Monica Rambeau is investigating a concerning anomaly.

As Carol investigates the anomaly on the moon, an unexpected quantum entanglement causes Kamala and Monica to switch places, leading to a series of chaotic events. Carol finds herself crashing into Kamala's bedroom, much to the teen's astonishment.

While Carol meets Kamala's family, Monica engages in a battle against Kree villains on the moon. The urgent situation intensifies as they learn that the Kree are targeting Skrulls residing on Tarnax.

On Tarnax, Emperor Dro’ge speaks with Dar-Benn about the Kree efforts to restore her homeworld. While she feigns intentions of peace, Dar-Benn secretly plots to siphon energy from Tarnax.

The trio of heroes faces confusion and destruction when Kamala inadvertently brings Goose into the mix, resulting in a wild brawl with Kree goons at her home. The mayhem forces Carol back into action to protect Kamala's family.

The team arrives at Aladna, a planet where inhabitants communicate through song. Carol attempts to gain the support of Prince Yan and his army, but things go awry as the Kree launch an assault.

As they face distractions from their powers glitching, the heroes must learn to work together to stop Dar-Benn from opening another jump point. Their teamwork becomes crucial as they navigate the ensuing chaos.

In a climactic confrontation, The Marvels engage Dar-Benn in an intense battle. Using their combined strength, they manage to gain the upper hand, but a twist of fate puts Kamala in danger.

In a desperate move to save the universe, Carol and Kamala give Monica their powers, allowing her to seal a destructive rift caused by Dar-Benn. This sacrifice leaves Monica in an unknown realm, while the others return home.

Post-conflict, Carol helps restore the sun of Hala, fulfilling her commitment. The heroes experience a newfound bond, contemplating their future adventures following the turmoil they faced together.

Back on Earth, Kamala uses Nick Fury's technology to collect information on potential allies, setting the stage for new adventures, including her efforts to recruit Kate Bishop for the Young Avengers.

In a mysterious twist, Monica awakens in an environment reminiscent of her childhood, where she encounters a seemingly familiar figure in her mother, Maria. This leads to an intriguing mystery involving Hank McCoy.
