The Mask

Stanley Ipkiss is introduced as a timid bank clerk living in Edge City. He faces constant ridicule from his boss, landlady, and car mechanics, making his daily life a challenge.

Despite the trials he faces, Stanley finds comfort in the companionship of his Fox Terrier, Milo, and support from his coworker, Charlie. Their loyalty is one of the few bright spots in Stanley's otherwise dreary existence.

Dorian Tyrell plots to take over his boss, Niko, using his girlfriend, the glamorous singer Tina Carlyle, to execute a heist. He operates from the flashy Coco Bongo nightclub, signaling his ambitious and shady character.

As part of Tyrell's scheme, Tina enters Stanley's bank equipped with a hidden surveillance camera. Stanley, smitten by her beauty, believes there might be a connection between them, unwittingly getting tangled in Tyrell’s plans.

After a night of misadventures, Stanley discovers a mysterious wooden mask at a dilapidated harbor. Initially thinking someone is in distress, he takes the mask home, leading to a moment that will change his life forever.
