Carsten and Peter, two medicated low‑lifes and longtime partners, are drawn into a tangled family drama when Peter’s former lover arrives with news that she has a twelve‑year‑old daughter he has never met. After the daughter escapes her adoptive father and seeks refuge with Peter, the trio—Carsten, Peter and the girl—flee together to Sweden.
