Sting

Charlotte’s desperate attempts to protect her family ultimately lead her to find a solution that involves mothballs—a substance Sting hates—using it to defeat the creature. When Ethan, risking his life, manages to activate the garbage compactor’s trap, he is electrocuted in the process, but his sacrifice allows Charlotte to crush Sting and save everyone.
