Molly waits in an emergency room as a TV news broadcast reports a missing girl. The physician tells her she has heartburn and to lay off the spliffs, brushing off her worries. The missing girl narrative foreshadows the horror to come.

In an art class, Molly draws a nude figure. Luke approaches about joining a squat and they discuss the legality of the plan. The scene sets up the group's intent to occupy a vacant house.

Luke, Molly, Toby, and Zoe load a van and head out to find a vacant home to squat. They debate the legality and what they’ll do while living there. They drive around London looking for a suitable target.

They reach their first destination, only to find the residence heavily secured. They decide to move on and search for a new place. The failed attempt pushes them toward a larger, more ominous house.

The group breaks into a huge abandoned home and settles in. Toby and Zoe have sex while others explore; a wardrobe spills clothing revealing blood, which unsettles everyone. Despite the fear, they agree to sleep for the night.

They wake to discover they are locked inside the house with no obvious exit. Their tools, and even their phones, are missing. They begin exploring and stumble upon a dank room with four empty chairs.

They shout for help from a window but no one hears them. A patrol officer is seen outside, and a door slams shut, releasing gas that knocks the four of them unconscious.

Toby goes missing during their confinement, while the others begin to realize something is terribly wrong. Later, Toby is shown tied to a metal cot as a man in a hazmat suit enters and sedates him.

Zoe cuts her leg while exploring, and Luke and Molly uncover a hole in the wall behind a locker. They see a grisly discovery in the pipe, and Zoe is dragged through the hole by the hazmat man to a new room.

Zoe is tied to a metal cot and witnesses the hazmat man cutting out Toby's eye and placing it in a jar. The man returns to confront the others as Zoe pleads for her life.

Molly and Luke find a key to the fuse box and start turning on lights, causing the room to flicker. The hazmat man ignores Zoe briefly to deal with Molly and Luke.

Luke and Molly attack the hazmat man with planks, but the disguise is revealed: Toby is inside the suit. The old man responds with sleeping gas, knocking them out.

Molly wakes in a gurney room and fights to free herself as the old man pursues. After sabotaging the stairs and using keys to unlock a door, she encounters newspaper clippings about a surgeon father and a missing girl. The final room contains the missing girl from the broadcast, who attacks Molly, leaving the film on a shocking cliffhanger.
