South Park the Streaming Wars Part 2

In court, Cartman sues his mother Liane, prompting testimony from Stan, Tolkien, Butters and Kyle about how Cartman used their earnings to pay for his breast implants. The testimonies reveal the messy finances and loyalties surrounding Cartman. The case is ultimately dismissed.

Randy Marsh wakes up on a bench amid fearful onlookers. Police tranquilize him and he is taken to the hospital, where Detective Harris explains that Randy went full nuclear Karen. The moment sets off a chain of investigations into the drought and its causes.

Tolkien searches the late Robert Cussler's abandoned home for clues about his missing father, Steve. He later informs Cartman about Cussler's death, and Cartman suspects Tolkien is having sex with Liane as the reason she stands up to him. The search intensifies the boys' involvement in the mystery.

At a Denver city council meeting, Pi Pi proposes a water park and a system to run Colorado on urine. His bizarre plan is boosted by celebrities who promote cryptocurrency and NFTs. The council appears swayed by the spectacle and endorsements.

Randy abandons his marijuana farming and returns to his geology work, seeking a solution to the drought. He travels to Denver and proposes building a desalination plant, a plan the city accepts with cautious optimism. The idea shifts the political game around water in the region.

Enraged, Pi Pi orders his staff, including ManBearPig, to eliminate Randy. Cartman, Butters and Tolkien present their drought research to Detective Harris, who connects the drought to Steve and warns that ManBearPig might be exploited due to fear for its mate and Chuck Chuck. The investigation tightens around the mystery man behind the drought.

Harris reveals a photo of Steve at the water park, making the boys realize Steve must be there. Steve then regains consciousness in a sewer, noticing his patched wound and that PigBearGirl and Chuck Chuck tended to him. The search moves from the park to the sewers beneath the city.

Construction of the desalination plant begins, while Randy realizes there is a problem transporting saltwater uphill. Cartman, Butters and Tolkien survey the waterpark, locate an employee entrance near the water slide seen in Harris' photo, and discover Chuck Chuck before being trapped by security. The plot thickens as the heroes confront Pi Pi's opposition.

Pi Pi films his latest commercial, while Randy, in Karen mode, forces his way into the waterpark to reveal Pi Pi's plan to everyone present. He explicitly outlines pushing the urine service and eliminating the boys. The crowd becomes a potential battleground for control of Colorado's water future.

The distraction allows the kids to escape with help from Chuck Chuck and PigBearGirl. Tolkien and ManBearPig are reunited with their families, and, now free from Pi Pi's control, ManBearPig decapitates him in a swift act of vengeance. The crisis reaches its turning point at Pi Pi's operation site.

Randy convinces Cartman and other women with breast implants to drain their implants to power the desalination plant. The plant finally restores water to the Denver area, and ManBearPig and his family retreat back to the woods. The drought relief marks a fragile victory for the town.

Linda Black suggests Chuck Chuck should be killed, but Stan argues for reaching out to him. Randy dismisses the idea and instead invites everyone to simply smoke some marijuana, choosing a lighter ending over retribution. The town settles into a paradoxical peace with a shared joint as the credits roll.
