Sorority House Massacre II

Five women—Linda, Jessica, Kimberly, Suzanne, and Janey—purchase a sorority house that carries a bloody past. They plan to stay the night and wait for movers the next morning. Janey tells the others about the murders linked to Hockstatter, which puts everyone on edge. The purchase price and the night ahead set a tone of unease.

The creepy neighbor Orville Ketchum appears and recalls the night of the murders, claiming he defeated Hockstatter. He gives them a key to the basement before leaving. His unsettling demeanor heightens the sense that danger lurks nearby. The sisters try to ignore him and proceed with their plans.

The women descend to the basement and discover Hockstatter's tools along with a Ouija board. They decide to contact Hockstatter using the planchette, hoping for a sign or explanation. The planchette suddenly flies into the fireplace, terrifying them and prompting a retreat to their rooms.

After an argument with Suzanne, Janey returns downstairs to drink and is attacked by an unknown killer. She is killed with a hook, leaving the group in shock and fear. The bloodshed confirms the house is not a safe place to stay. The others scramble to process the attack.

Suzanne alerts the others when Janey goes missing, and the group splits up to search the house. Tension mounts as the storm rages outside and the sense of danger deepens. Each team member fears for their own safety as the night grows more dangerous.

Suzanne ascends to the attic and steps on a bear trap, leaving her vulnerable to the killer. The intruder slashes her as she struggles to defend herself. Her scream echoes through the house as danger becomes personal.

Lt. Mike Block and Sgt. Phyllis Shawlee head to a strip club to talk to Candy, a survivor of the Hockstatter massacre, hoping for a memory or lead. Candy cannot recall anything definitive, keeping the investigators without a clear suspect. Mike remains suspicious of Orville's involvement as he works the case.

Linda, Jessica, and Kimberly descend to the basement and discover the two missing girls hanging from the ceiling, confirming that the killer is inside the house. They arm themselves with knives and prepare to escape, but the threat seems to follow them upstairs. Wet footprints indicate the intruder has already entered the upper levels.

Kimberly encounters the intruder in a bathroom and is killed as the killer enters. The remaining women realize that danger is now inside the house and stalking them. The group's attempt to flee is intensified by the looming threat.

Linda hides in the attic but is forced to come downstairs when the intruder attacks again. She overpowers him and drowns him in the toilet, ending his immediate threat. She then moves to answer a phone call that hints Hockstatter is in the house, deepening the mystery.

The phone rings and a woman asks for Hockstatter, warning that he is in the house. Linda is then lured into the basement by Jessica, who reveals that she has been possessed by Hockstatter and is the killer in disguise. The revelation escalates the horror as alliances crumble.

Jessica chases Linda upstairs while Orville appears, seemingly alive. Orville stabs Jessica, but she overpowers him and Linda defeats Jessica by stabbing her in the neck. The final confrontation leaves the house in chaos as the killer's influence lingers.

The movers discover the bodies and Mike arrives with police, surveying the scene. Linda is found alive but possessed by Hockstatter, suggesting a supernatural hold remains. The night of terror leaves the house under heavy scrutiny from authorities and witnesses.

Orville wakes, shoots Linda dead, and is shot by police. He survives the encounter and is rushed to a hospital, later being released when authorities cannot pin the murders on him. The film closes with a lingering sense that the evil may continue beyond the screen.
